Name: Ramblers led walk on Tue, 13th October, Handforth & Woodford Circular
Location: The walk is over largely flat ground , mainly field paths and minor roads. There is a very short section on a busier road requiring care and single file. Paths mostly good but some have longer grass which will be wet if recent rain. One path after the golf course is a little overgrown but still passable - poles recommended and bring secateurs if you have them! A highlight of the walk is the ancient moat site (c 12th century ) which is a Scheduled Monument.
